De kat can help you turn your idea into an actual product. Our design department will help you in designing your products with design possibilities and restrictions of injection moulding taken into account. We use advanced CAD/CAM-software which can turn your product design into a drawing into code for CNC-machines.

We also have experience with Rapid Prototyping. Prototypes help evaluate the functional properties and the usability of the final product. We have several possibilities for this, like selective laser sintering (SLS) and fused deposition modeling (FDM). Please do keep in mind that these techniques are subject to a lead time of a few working days.
